These guys are unbelievable when it comes to customer service and quality of product. I had placed an order over the weekend, then randomly I had to move to another part of the island.. I changed my address with the postal service, but they usually screw things up for weeks if you throw a curb ball like that. I emailed BULGALUPUM, and simply asked if it would be possible (if my order had not already shipped) to send it to my new address. The responded right away, and said they had changed it just in time and it was on the way. This time it got to me in less than a week. Thanks so much. I have bought from other vendors, and they do not seem to have the same quality as you guys. So, I am sticking wit you from now on. Thanks again!

I chose untracked and order didnt arrive, but it was my dumbness to choose untracked just bcs its cheaper. So If u gonna choose untracked expect that order will not arrive.

BULGALUPUM is always available to assist the customer. However, my last purchase My order with tracking number 36020070069368 has not arrived yet. I informed the company and promptly opened a procedure with the logistics company GLS, to verify the loss of the order. Well, I'm still waiting for an answer on when I will receive my order. It was the first time I had problems, all previous orders were delivered. So far I am satisfied and confident in the BULGALUPUM.

Product provide is overall 100% accurate. Shipping has varied, first order took 12 days second order took about 5 days. Slightly inconsistent shipping, HENCE the 4/5 stars! 🙂
