I informed the company and promptly opened a procedure with the logistics company GLS, to verify the loss of the order. Well, I'm still waiting for an answer on when I will receive my order. It was the first time I had problems, all previous orders were delivered. So far I am satisfied and confident in the BULGALUPUM.

Product provide is overall 100% accurate. Shipping has varied, first order took 12 days second order took about 5 days. Slightly inconsistent shipping, HENCE the 4/5 stars! 🙂
